The whole system of HGM consists of main unit, deceleration machine, blower, hammer, crusher, dustpan elevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, impulse dust cleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device, classifier high-pressure motor and muffler.Working principal The main motor drives main axle and every layer rotating by reducer. Dial drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintles. Big materials are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher. They are sent to store house by elevator. The electro-magnetic vibrating feeder sends the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the force of the eccentricity, the materials scatter to the side of the circle and fall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into places by roller after the first crush, materials fall into the second and the third layer. The pumping of the highpressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into the machine. The coarse powder will be brought into the classifier. The rotating turbine in the collector makes the coarse particles fall back for regrinding. The fine particles will come into the cyclone collector with the airflow and be discharged by the discharging valve on the bottom of the collector. They are the final products. The airflow with little dust will be discharged through blower and muffler after being purified by the cyclone collector.

3) Arc air channel All of the air channels of traditional grinding mill is upright board type. In this case, there will be stronger resistance when the air impacts the air channel board, and the energy of collisions of air molecules lose heavily, as a result, the air channel will be jammed easily because of the eddy air flow. MTW series mill adopts a cambered air channel, the tangential air goes into air channel easily because there is small resistance. And the inner outlet is very good for the grinded material to spread around and avoid grinding material jammed. 4) Cambered shovel with renewable edge: The traditional shove is integral and edge always be worn out quickly, so you have to renew it in short time which affects the working time and wastes too much steel. The shovel edge of MTW series mill adopts high wearable limit alloy, its life will be longer. You only need to change the edge, not the whole shovel. So the steel material is saved. In addition, because the traditional shovel is plane type, the grinded material stacks on the same plane when it is scooped up. So the middle parts of the roller are worn out heavily. But the cambered shovel can scoop up the grinded material in the same vertical plane, which makes the rollers and rings worn equally. At the same time, the grinding efficiency is higher and capacity is higher; 5) Separated cyclone: There is a separated structure between inner piping and mixed air and powder. The efficiency and precision of classifying is promoted highly; 6) No resistance snail shell (small checking door so that there is not an eddy air flow): In the traditional grinding mil, the checking door of snail shell is prominent, that means the checking door and snail shell are not on the same plane. So there will be eddy air flow easily come into being. As a result, the energy waste is bigger. MTW series mill make the inner surface of checking door stay with the inner surface of snail shell on the same plane, so the eddy air flow is avoided efficiently. 7) Perfect outward appearance: Both of the inner part and outer part of the MTW series mill adopt advanced structure and beautiful arc structure design. This makes the mill advanced and beautiful.

1.2 MTW European Type Trapezium Mill


MTW European Type Trapezium Mill is the newest grinding equipment which enjoys many patented technology and reaches the international advanced level. It is the up-to-date grinding equipment designed by our devoted research team, basing on feedbacks and advice from 9518 mill customers and rich experience on mill research. The mill enjoys several patent technologies, such as bevel gear overall drive, inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system, arc air channel, etc. Working principle Firstly, raw material should be crushed by jaw crusher to the size specified, and then the crushed stuff is elevated into a hopper from which the stuff is loaded, through the vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for power-processing. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air into the separator for screening. The fine powder are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative pressure. The new technology as below 1) Bevel gear overall drive: The traditional grinding mill is driven by speed reducer and coupling. It is hard to be installed. And there will be too much noise, and the efficiency is lower. MTW series mill is driven by bevel gear, so its structure is compacter, easy to be installed and more efficient. 2) Inner automatic Thin-Oil lubricating system: The traditional mill adopts grease lubrication, so the lubricating resistance is stronger, the temperature will be higher soon, and the bearing lifespan is shorter. MTW series mill adopts inner L.O. pumps, so the main shaft bearing and bevel gear can be lubricated without an additional lubrication system.

1.3 LM Vertical Mill

Working Principle The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made. Usage TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill is mainly used to make mineral powders for industries like metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mine, highway, hydropower, fireproof materials, steel, etc.

Working Principle Materials enter into the first grinding chamber through hollow shaft. There are liner of ladder type or curve type, and steel balls of different specifications in the first grinding chamber. The centrifugal force caused by turning of the barrel take balls into a certain height inside the chamber, and then balls fall down, have striking and grinding effect on materials.
