    Ahead of Moon Jae In’s meeting with Donald Trump on Tuesday, a South Korean official his president’s trip to Washington would serve as “a bridge” between the United States and North Korea, so that Trump and Kim Jong Un can conduct successful nuclear negotiations when they meet in Singapore on June 12.
