Stephen M. R. It provides some key principles with their opposites and how how putting them to use daily will change the level of trust others have in you, and you in others.

He hooked me quick, though, as he told the story of the low trust he experienced during the Franklin and Covey merger. He was writing what he learned from that experience; it's not just a theory. I enjoyed the book, and would recommend it.

This book explains how trust allows for more efficient operation. Trust is based on competence and ethics. Ethics has a number of components. His point makes a great deal of sense. Stephen provides examples from business and family, which he uses to make his points. I recommend this book. I good deal of what is stated is common sense.
