2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss consists of two practical and effective instructional sessions that will help those with some previous experience of yoga to lose weight, improve muscle tone and body shape and resist the temptation to snack.
As the name suggests, both of the 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss sessions can be used together to provide a 50 minute class, or if time is short , just the second session can be used to provide a 30 minute class.
Session 1 contains a number of highly effective held postures whilst session 2 links these postures together to form a flowing yoga vinyasa sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.
The carefully selected postures used in 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body. This has the effect of raising the metabolic rate allowing the body to burn body fat faster. The postures also strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups and will reduce tension and stress whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.
The clear, easy-to-follow session instructions are combined with two different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective yoga sessions that will make a real difference to your weight loss efforts. The sessions are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional recording studio. - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5At first I thought it was good, then when it repeated the first set of postures again my opinion went down a little. When after that it repeated the same postures AGAIN i turned it off. More variety please!
