- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Beautiful. All the reasons it's a classic are obvious, but it makes the novel no less sweet.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I finished my re-read of this book at Biscuit Head today. The counterman, upon seeing a clearly emotional woman, came over to see if he could help. When I explained that my behavior was the result of a book not of the bacon or some real-life monster, he asked what I was reading. I showed him the cover. He inhaled deeply, nodded understandingly, patted my shoulder sympathetically, and walked away.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Well every country has its own book of pride, generations after generations talk excitedly about reading it for the first time, how they related themselves to the characters and those times in which the book was written . No wonder if this occupies such a place in American minds. The book was very much available freely in our part of the world and almost had a sort of permanent presence on the book kiosks on railway stations, airports etc, never read it but it was great to listen to all these guys including author……
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Its just some random convention panel not the fucking audiobook
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I. Wanted. To. Listen. To. The. Book. And. Not. A. Panel dosing. The. Ook
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Read this book in 8th grade and it had a profound impact on how I viewed racism
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5If it was the book and not people talking about the book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5great book to listen . . . . . .
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I was waiting for the actual book to begin. Instead this is a review of the book by other scholars.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have yet to read this renowned book. My star rating is based on the "must read" acclaim of this book
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Horrible. Arrogant, obsequious panelists. Rude clapping. Just wanted to listen to the book.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This is not the book, just a conversation about the same. Should be better specified
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It’s not the book. Why titles as such. Why is everyone commenting like it’s the book lol. ?
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This is an “audiobook” on a book club meeting about it, not the actual novel
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This version sucks. What happened to just a regular version rather than commentary
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A fine reading, but it would be much more impactful without the interjections and tangents.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It was really well written and had a compelling story, but it’s just not for me.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I was expecting to hear the book as it is labeled as an audiobook. I was disappointed, it was a discussion of the book
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This isn't the book. It's just a summary. What gives?
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Loved the book but not this recording. Can barely hear it.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Not the book, just commentary. If this is how scribd operates they won't last long.

I era - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It was all I thought it to be,very interesting! Superb.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book reading or listening. I highly recommend it to anyone.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was forced to read this book in high school and I hated it. Now, 40 years later an English teacher friend of mine insisted that I read it again as it is her favorite book. She even bought me a new copy. I did so and I thoroughly enjoyed it the second time around. I loved everything from the very subtle dry humor to the beautiful and oft used vocabulary. This is a book about honor, prejudice, and standing for what is right--timeless themes, which may well be lost on youth--as it was on me.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The book itself is great, but if you have not yet read it, do not listen to this recording. This is not a straight audio book reading if the book. Instead it is more of a book club type review, reading, and discussion of it, spoiling key aspects of the story.
The reason I rated this so low is that it is not labeled as such. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was one of those books you can't stop reading
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book. Would recommend for sure. Gives a good insight on the oroginal
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Not the book itself just a discussion about it. Why is this at the top of the charts?
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this app so much it is so useful
