Goes into depth and breadth of all kind of "thinking" but after this large dose of ideas and ways to think i feel somewhat lost.. when do i use this type or the other, whcih works better in what situations..

Overall good details and the author done a great job in being pretty comprehensive to include all ways of thinking..

I see no reason to continuously invoke "God" in a business book. I don't have any plans to read any more of this author's books.

It was a nice listen. He goes into a few different thinking styles and lets you give yourself a rating on how well you “think” that particular style midway through the chapter. Although I would have lumped some of the styles together, I agree that we should devote time to thinking in all the areas he says. In real life It is hard to devote as much time as the author says you should give, but I understand what he means and the benefits of it all . It was a good read and I will be reading more of his books to learn more about Maxwell and his leadership style!

Excellent! While touching on major themes of Covey's 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE, it goes well beyond it in describing the salient features of effective leadership. Very well illustrated with vignettes and stories, and without being preachy, it shows how the Sermon on the Mount, and other teachings and example of Jesus show how our minds can be at their productive and relational best.

A good set of skills for thinking but nothing groundbreaking.

It is very basic, not as advanced as I had hoped it would be.
