Cheesy and a bit preachy. Some valid points but delivered in a kind of patronising way.

This is a quick, enjoyable-to-read outline of core principles of workplace communication. That is as far as it goes. The book is a superficial treatment of the subject. The book’s value is presenting in an engaging fable what a manager needs to consider to create a positive work environment. The book makes for a good gift to business clients, customers, or conference attendees.
