- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A quick read - Most of the material contained in the book is faily basic fitness materieal. I did enjoy the section on supplements and herbs. "What you get by reaching your goal is not nearly as important as what you become by reaching them." (Zig Zigler) Become a bit better each day, and you will become a fit, healthy person.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Pretty great; some very useful tips particularly with regard to psychology and mindset...also a good section on herbs and spices. Unfortunately in this audio edition there are a lot of sections in the wrong place, making for a bit of a disconbobulated listen!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A LOT of good, useful tips. Being a trainer/strength coach myself I picked up quite a few things I was missing. Well done.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Exactly what I was looking for. Lifestyle tips in addition to practical knowledge. Short and sweet too! Awesome
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Enjoyed the early chapters for both the body and mind. Interesting points throughout the book to think about and motivate to keep both fit and healthy. Too many supplements (natural) mentioned to buy them all but personally prefer eating healthily - did take on board a couple of the food suggestions though. A few bookmarked points to certainly go back to when in need of a bit of support.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The information contained in this book is so valuable is worth at least 10 to 20 times it’s cost
