      I watched her since the first season and when I realize she wrote a book I said to myself get it . The book really help me understand her show that comes in A&E . I have so much respect for and her family they stood up to a cult and don’t let it break their family apart.

      With humor, strength and eye-opening honesty, this book truly embodied Leah Remini's nearly life-long experience with Scientology. It was truly a riveting book. I recommend the audio version because her trademark smart-ass, no-holds-barred delivery added so much character to the novel. I was already a fan of her acting and dry wit; now I'm a huge fan of her as a compassionate, relatable person.

      Leah really brought her own personality to this reading. The book delved deep into her personal life and it was incredible. She is so much fun to listen to. It was like sitting here listening to her tell us her life story. She has such character and what shes doing now is so inspirational. I have always loved Leah, but now I am IN love with her! What a riot!

      so glad I listened om audio! Listening to Remini is like having a chat in your living room. Plus, I love her accent. The book itself is great, and sort of makes you take a look at what filters you view your own world.

      At first I was skeptical about purchasing this book. I typically do not enjoy autobiographies especially celebrity autobiographies. I finished the book in three days. Leah is a bad ass in the best kind of way. She seems to talk openly and honestly about her mistakes. She's direct, she's witty and she's f%&king sweet. If you know a lot or a little Scientology you'll definitely learn from her perspective. She details her break from the church and what it was like growing up in as a Scientologist. You will also learn of her struggles in Hollywood. I definitely recommend this book.

      A great selection for Women's History Month, fans of the sitcom King of Queens, or for anyone interested in the bizarre intersection of Scientology and Hollywood. I am frankly floored by the courage and integrity it took for the author to liberate herself, and then expose the "church" and it's unofficial, narcissistic couch-jumping leader. The juicy details and scathing sarcasm make this a fun, as well as inspiring tale. Kudos, Leah--I can't wait to see what you do next!

      I loved her honesty and the fearless way she called people on their B.S. even those who were really famous and powerful in the church. She is an admirable woman who does not take crap from anybody.
