His translations include Henri Charrière’s Papillon, Jean Lacouture’s biography of Charles de Gaulle and many of Simone de Beauvoir’s later works, including Les Belles Images, All Said and Done and A Very Easy Death.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Give you joy my dear! Patrick Tull’s narration of this legendary series feels nostalgic old school British. Narrations my Simon Vance are more modern sounding and Vance is more gifted in his accents for Scottish, Irish and French.
