      This started out pretty slow for me. I thought maybe it was just the female narrator that made it read like a robot was speaking but once it got to the male part, I realized it was just the way the book was written. I’ve listened to him in several other audiobooks and loved him. The writing was rudimentary. The story was not very believable and didn’t flow well. The characters were childish even as adults. I couldn’t get through it and gave up about halfway in.

      Heart wrenching, heartwarming, and totally unexpected. Teagan and Kane both have rough young lives but separately they end up at Raven House. Together they grow, experience, and mature. Best of friends as kids turns into much more. Their love is soul deep and nothing can get between them until....

      I really enjoyed this book. The writing and characters are great. The only thing I didn't care for was the pace of the book. I thought it was a bit drawn out. There were parts of the book you could skip and never miss anything from the overall story. The story, however, makes up for this and it's a book I would recommend.
