The book just one more time proves the eating habits can either destroy our health or keep us healthy entire life. It helped to understand a lot of nuances and details towards how the body is functioning and why various supplements and healthy eating in general can maintain good health. I would definitely recommend this book. For me personally it confirmed I’m in a right way of healing my many years skin issues. Unfortunately, traditional medicine very often is not capable to dig deep enough in order to find a real reason of various issues and therefore suggest antibiotics and hormonal treatment which is not resolving the issue but only mask it.

I can't get past the voice. It sounds like a robot is reading it. Sad because I'd love to listen to the whole thing.

I like the book, but it suddenly stops in the middle of a chapter. Literally the middle of a sentence. That’s the 3rd book like that?!

One of the most impactful books on nutrition I've ever read. Absolute required reading! And more than once to ensure you're able to soak in all the information!

A+! I highly recommend this book to anyone who seems to be aging and hurting. As a 48 year old I felt I was hurting beyond my years. I’ve done acupressure with some success but not enough. I just got a book on trigger point therapy and that has helped more so. By divine intervention (I am sure) I found this void (on print) and something told me to buy it. I have always been a strong advocate of nutritional supplementation— but like most- would give up after a while.
The info in this book will get me back on track since this nutritional advice os strictly for inflammation.
I also realized my inflation went beyond my joint pain. I also have TMJ and psoriasis.

    MUST OWN book.

A very interesting read with good nutritional insight into the modern diet and foods that contribute to many health issues, as well as quality suggestions for healthier options that relieve symptoms and sometimes even heal the body. As someone who's prediabetic and a long time sufferer of allergies (airborne and food) and asthma, I'm anxious to make some dietary and supplement changes and see if it helps.
