- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a much better book than “Find Your Why”, because it is very practical. It gives a practical spin to the theoretical underpinning of the first book, and it does so from the perspective of a practitioner. Unlike the first book, the authors do not repeat themselves endlessly in this volume. There is a lot of material that I think I can implement, and I like this a lot. I will probably buy the print version as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It is a great concept. I read about half of it and I was bored. There is quite a lot of complicated steps to creating and refining your why. Most people don't have the time that it takes to do what it says to do in this book. There has got to be an easier way to do this.
