About this audiobook
Suzanne's sister Eve joined an expedition to a lost planet where, it is rumoured, people can walk on the surface without protective suits, as a new home planet for humans now that Earth has been taken by the Zards. Eve and the whole expedition is missing, feared lost, and Suzanne is hoping that cryptic clues left by her sister will guide her to the expedition. Along the way she winds up as a cruise director on an old space freighter with a mysterious, former naval engineering officer as a captain and a robotic crew, and meets Emily and family who are looking for a place where Emily can grow up. She and the captain must find and rescue the lost expedition, rescue herself from another race, the Oids, who want to make her into a vessel, and find a planet for Emily.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The story may not be bad but who can really tell. The author reading it is terrible. He is constantly stumbling over his words with traffic in the background.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I'll have to read it I spose. Nice try on narrating your own book though do try to speak up and announciate your words more clearly next time. Perhaps give it a listen to beforehand.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I am interested in the story, but the narrator makes it almost impossible to follow the story. Slowing down the narration helps a little, but I doubt I will finish the book. It is like the narrator is reading out loud for just himself.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It was interesting. The characters are fun. The title and story don't mesh her well but it was very enjoyable.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good plot but now we'll edited and the narration was poorly done. Unfortunately, this made it a little difficult to follow. And the recorded chapter 8 of part 1 is actually the last chapter of part 2 and then it goes to chapter 9 of part 1. Very confusing. Ruined the ending and I had to pull up the ebook to get the missing chapter veggies continuing.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Read terribly. Can’t comment on the book because the narration was so bad I didn’t get through the first chapter
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Love audiobooks but couldn’t get past the 2nd chapter of this one because the reader was awful. I’ll try the book instead.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Could not get past the 1st 3 minutes of narrator. The description sounded interesting but just horrendously awful narrator. Stick to writing. Sounded like it was being narrated in a tin shed on an old tape deck
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The volume is too low I can't hear a thing
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I couldn’t tell you about the story line as I gave up trying to listen to it. The narration wasn’t good.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I didn't get past the first few pages. The narrator spoke so quickly and in a monotone voice that I just couldn't keep listening.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5You might want to re-record this audio so people will actually listen to it. I'm out after the first 2 minutes. (Honestly, 30 seconds but I let it play while I was writing this. It only got worse.)
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Nah bro wtf you suck as a narrator deadass why butcher the book like this SMDH.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great characters and an interesting plot. I highly enjoyed this audio book.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Are you kidding me? I've never heard such a sloppy narration. Take pride in your work and hire someone to read it - you are NOT the man for this job, MS Lawson.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I'm sorry I couldn't listen to your book. Your narration was very monotone and the words ran together so much i had to stop listening. The description of this book sounded very good. I'm sad that I wasn't able to get through the book.
P. Moore - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It may have been a decent book but I couldn’t get past the narration. Horrible dude! Stick to writing and hire a pro to narrate.
