This book is a guide on how to do it and why you shall start soon to avoid getting obsolete. It is also well written and backed by industy experience.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I was expecting something a bit different from this book. It was good, but two things tarnished my experience reading it:
1- it relies heavily on information provided on some complementary pdf not available here (at least I couldn’t find it)
2- it’s geared towards already established companies that want to make a switch to subscription based models — I was hoping it would have more information pertinent to a startup trying to come up with a subscription model from scratch rather than an already established company converting an existing user base currently monetized via a more traditional revenue stream.4 people found this helpful
