- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Chakra TonicsEssential Elixirs for the Mind, Body, and Spiritby Elise Marie CollinsWhat a treat this book is, and it was a delight to review, There are many wonderful books on chakras and many yummy books on tonics, but this is the first one I have found that focuses on spiritual and enlightened drinks especially geared toward maintaining and bringing health to our precious energy centers including the hand chakras.Elise has laid out the book in an easy to follow pattern, first explaining chakras then describing the equipment and ingredients needed and finally presenting each chakra into chapters with exciting tonic recipes, mantras, articles and things of interest to seekers like myself.
