    EXPLANATION OF THE A.N.S.W.E.R. FORMAT

    (1) The INTRODUCTION, FOREWORD, and CHAPTER ONE, define and discuss generally, our world’s problems, and the reasons for them.

    (2) CHAPTER TWO reveals LINGUISH, THE CHANT and the 30 PRINCIPLES of THE CODE (I.C.U.C.) which should be taught in all ETHICS CLASSES, and are needed for universal agreement, understanding of our world’s problems, and our ability to deal with them.

    (3) In CHAPTER THREE, we have 10 T.A.M. CHARTER PROPOSALS to change our world’s social and political systems—these include repetition of the essence of (2), above.

    AND

Near the end of CHAPTER THREE, we have T.A.M. CHARTER PROPOSAL No. (10), for 23 UNITED NATIONS CHARTER REFORM PROPOSALS—these include repetition of the essence of (2) above, and also most of the previous TAM CHARTER PROPOSALS. There’s also a CLARIFICATION of ACTIONS NEEDED.

    (4) In CHAPTER FOUR are the MANIFESTO and POLICIES of T.A.P. (THE ANTI-EXTREMIST PARTY), needed to enable the changing of the CONSTITUTION.

    (5) THE CONCLUSION (CHAPTER FIVE), and ADDENDA, are for further comment, clarification, and mind stimulation. (See CODE ‘Q’ of the I.C.U.C.).

We would like to preface this treatise with some discussion to demonstrate how difficult it can be to change people’s minds, or re-educate them, if they have been indoctrinated with certain viewpoints on particular subjects, or have accepted various ways of life, which exist in the world. We must realize that the cultures imposed upon them, have been accepted or tolerated, and passed down from generation to generation, for many hundreds of years, so there is a strong chance that many people who are reading this now, will have fixed ideas regarding social, political, and religious beliefs, and with many not in agreement. Some may use the term ‘the way it is,’ and we are trying to show here, ‘the way it really is,’ and ‘the way it should be.’

To simplify political reality (or ‘the way it really is’), let’s analogize, and say that there are only three political parties in the world, led, not actually by Lucifer, Satan, or The Devil, but by those who were taught to be dishonest, and bow to corruption for self gain, and so, represent themselves, and not the people, but with each party presenting a ‘façade’ indicative of good policy. People throughout the world (if ‘free’), would spend much of their waking hours, and social time together, arguing about which party they support, comparing them, and even displaying loyalty to one, when what they really should be doing, is to be looking for some other way to have our world managed, because carrying on with what their fathers, and forefathers, have been doing for centuries, is not helping to make our world a better place.

If we examine the overall situation of religious activity in the world, we can easily find two different masses of the world’s population who worship different idols, and have different rituals which they perform, en masse, on a regular basis. They are only different because they have been taught to be so, and therefore, are easily manipulated by the powerful religious organizations involved. If it was possible to swap the two masses of people around at birth, nothing would change as they would still be indoctrinated with opposing beliefs. Over the centuries, these differences have led to violent bloodshed, called ‘religious wars.’ The world obviously needs a uniform code which we can all agree with, in peace and harmony (see ICUC). The ideas or opinions of any critical group, or faction, would need to be heeded, and adjudicated fairly (see Code ‘Q’).

In a better world, we would need a world army, or armies, to be ready for defence against attack, which would be unlikely in an harmonious world, especially with certain defeat probable. The army would also exist, in order to deal with natural disasters, (see MENDS). In today’s world of Autocracies, Military Governments, and False Democracies, the soldiers (and civilians) have been indoctrinated to accept war, with all of its killing, suicide, rape, murder, and grief, and are proud to receive medals for their bravery, which is valid, but the victorious soldiers receive nothing from the ‘pot of gold’ for which they were killing. As the military use strategies to fight their battles, the people need a strategy, or plan, to overcome centuries of indoctrination.

We should mention that the people who have been successful in ‘their’ worlds, of various religions, sects, or cultures, of today, are to be admired for their hard work and skills, and their dedication to their families, (so long as they were not ‘ultra greedy’), but as they would have little time to spare, and no plan, their success does little to contribute to the solving of ‘our’ world’s problems, viable solutions to which, need support by those who care.

To further clarify why this treatise is being written, let us look at the beauty, and the ugliness, in the world. The beauty includes nature’s trees, flowers, birds and animals, the landscape and the sky, and also music, and the innate beauty of most people, which includes integrity, courage, kindness, and a sense of justice, all of which are shackled by the ‘systems’ or cultures which were created by ‘the ugly,’ who therefore control the world. The ugliness includes the ultra greedy with their desperation for importance, cruelty, crime gangs including drug dealing, increasing numbers of young people carrying knives and guns, political corruption including lies directly to the public, corporate greed including some directors’ salaries, a quarter of which no one is worth, the hate of religious extremists, marketing where much advertising lowers ethical standards and uses beauty to mislead customers, lack of basic censorship of T.V. etc., the glamorizing of crime for profit, and of course—war. We need the determination of large numbers of people, to defeat ugliness peacefully, and to create a true world democracy. When we talk to ordinary intelligent people, they agree that our world has problems, created by man, (as set out in The Introduction), but say there is nothing we can do about it, and we are wasting our time. This is not true. We can help to ‘start the ball rolling,’ by joining The Answer Movement (TAM) which proposes the reform of The U.N.O., the uniform education of the world’s children with The CHANT, The I.C.U.C., and LINGUISH, the formation of IMPACT, MENDS, and The IIOO, the formation of The Anti-Extremist Party (T.A.P.), the removal of legislative powers from political parties, and generous upper salary limits (see Chapters Two and Three). We must find a way, together, as members of TAM, to ensure that these proposals are up and running—in combination. [see Addenda (36)]. TAM is not essentially political, inasmuch as it does not support left or right wing syndromes, but is anti-extremist.

We must have clear-cut rules, including moral standards or rules, in a truly democratic and anti-extremist society, just as individuals need rules for self discipline. Public rules, or laws, need adequate deterrents to prevent a likely chain reaction of offence, due to the extreme competitiveness in society, where people break social or ethical rules because of greed or need. The media, including marketing, should be sincere in their efforts to follow moral rules, and again, deterrents should be in place. Video games and social networking also need ethical control.

It may be obvious, but the message which we are trying to convey, is all about what should be considered right or wrong in all of our lives. Many are aware of this, and would be living along similar lines to the I.C.U.C., and these numbers will steadily increase with the education of our children with better social standards, or values, in schools, and the control of competitiveness, but we should keep in mind that it doesn’t take a lot of people to ‘spoil the party.’

We should make it quite clear, at the outset, that we are fully aware of the extreme difficulty in attempting to change all of our world, and that countries with the massive power of military or religiously controlled governments, or super powered countries run by government powered corporations, or corporate powered governments, will be very difficult to influence. The people in these countries have little freedom to overcome their indoctrination, and need to support their present systems in order to survive. This also includes people confined by time to support their families, and maybe even competing, to ‘keep up with the Joneses,’ but all lacking time, information, or strategies, to change suspect government or business practices. However, in time, with the help of the U.N.O., and countries who realize the advantages of a change to anti-extremism, and with advanced electronics, and social media, we may be able to access some young people and make them aware of the Chant, and a Uniform Culture for all, in the form of the ICUC, together with The Answer Movement (TAM) Charter Proposals, which we would like governments to adopt, but will probably need to change long standing political structures to achieve this. We hear of ‘bandaid’ solutions to society’s problems, which would not be successful globally. If we reduce greed for wealth and power, we will eventually solve major problems. We must change legislative priorities from profit and power for the few, to justice and protection for everyone, (who ‘play by the rules’). (See Chapters Two and Three). The formation of The Anti-Extremist Party (TAP) in various areas, will be a formidable assignment, but we must expect some challenging exercises if we are to change our world. (See Chapter Four).

We have to ‘crawl before we can walk,’ but we must have a plan, so we need to initiate some action, to get facts about the true state of world affairs ‘out there,’ and available to the wider community, together with explanations of a plan to follow to ‘turn our world around,’ as promoted in this treatise. We invite readers to join in moves to establish TAM.

Just as disease carrying bacteria are not a threat to humans, unless they work together in massive numbers, humans need to band together to bring about the kind of world we would all like for ourselves, and for future generations. As ‘The Answer Movement’ becomes stronger, the hope of a ‘new world’ will come closer to reality. If the U.N.O. can see the importance of our proposals, which includes the strengthening of that organization, it will help immensely.

Whilst on the subject of bacteria, and as mentioned in Addenda (1), it is not fanciful to believe that bacteria, especially good bacteria, ‘own’ our bodies and have their job to do in fighting the bad bacteria, to keep our minds and bodies healthy. If we understand the infinite nature of the Universe, we can easily believe that the human race is relatively similar to bacteria in the ‘scheme of things,’ so anyone who thinks that they are more important than others, are really very similar to bad bacteria. If we don’t realize the enormity of the Universe, and our tiny place in it, then we can become quite deluded about our comparative level of importance, with left and right wing extremists living in their small worlds of self-importance at the expense of others. Those who think they are ‘Big Shots’ are really displaying their insanity or cowardice, when they pay others, with easy money, to manage their ‘loaded guns.’ If this type of human attitude is not checked or eliminated then our world may well self-destruct. In today’s world, we should be wary of ‘free lunches,’ just as there is ‘free cheese’ in mousetraps.

The relatively small percentage of billionaires in the world, who may be found in the corporate world, such as banking and multifaceted companies, or in gambling, sporting, or criminal groups, may think of themselves as ‘The Untouchables,’ and we hear that some may also do their best to become ‘The Untaxables.’ Monopolies, in place because of over competitive and greedy mindsets which lead to policies of exploitation, and result in questionable but guaranteed profits, can develop into gigantic monopolies, with the power of corporate domination over marketing and sales. This can destroy small business and amass billions of dollars for directors.

Those who inherit ill-gotten gains, also inherit the access to the corrupt contacts needed, if they choose to maintain the ‘life style.’

We can read in Chapter One that the information in history books is not always factual, and in Chapter Two, under Code ‘A’—Discussion, we find that, with the help of good reasoning, religious books are also in this category (see SLUR), and can be misleading, inaccurate, and incomplete. We should all read these pages so as to find a clear explanation of the truth. We must try to find the best way to remove the evil which has developed over the centuries, and is still growing, and to replace it with a good way of life, and good principles for everyone.

Parents should have the choice of sending their children to Ethics Classes which would include discussion of organized religions, and also that of the ICUC (I see, You see, or the International Code for Uniform Culture), or to send them to Religious Instruction Classes, Churches, or Temples, where officials have only their own viewpoints, some of which are on ‘shaky ground’, and are intent on recruiting followers by advocating worship based on contradictory theories and various idols, which can lead to conflict. We think that if we all followed the ICUC, it would be a much better world with little, if any, competitive aggression. In the better world which we seek, war would be a crime against humanity, by the attacking nation, but in the meantime, we have ‘rules of war’, with chemical warfare for instance, being a crime. The one or more political or religious ‘leaders’ responsible for these crimes should be charged, and the cases heard by the International Criminal Court (ICC). This would be preferable to other nations using military means, and killing more innocent people. However the whole system needs to be restructured and streamlined, with clear rules and penalties, so that any nation or the UNO can lay these charges for criminal matters, such as chemical warfare, and be heard by the ICC without unnecessary delay. This would be a great deterrent for political or religious factions of all countries. A much stronger UNO, (see Chapter Three), can have other legal matters heard by their International Court of Justice, (the ICJ or the ‘World Court’).

A King once said I have a dream. That King was Martin Luther King, and his very inspiring speech mirrored the private dreams of many others who had visions of hope for our world. However, to realize a dream, we need a plan, and we have one with the Principles and Proposals in this treatise, together with the support of all, including those ‘with similar dreams.’ at the forefront of their minds.

To reiterate some of what has been said, in order to facilitate understanding, let us say that in the overall ‘scheme of things,’ which would include for example, many unknown changes to the structure of the Universe, including climate changes, over hundreds of years, the lives of Earth’s creatures, including humans, would not be any more important than the lives of any universal bacteria, although all creatures are entitled to think that they are important. The small worlds of individuals on Earth seem large to themselves. From ‘day one,’ our world’s management systems were created by clever men who were greedy for money, power, and importance, and those who have been born into these unjust systems can’t change them without an organized plan, and so must join them to various degrees, so as to help their families. Sadly, because of a lack of factual knowledge, or being ignorant of the true sociopolitical state of affairs in our world, many of these good and intelligent people could be categorized as brainwashed. Talented extremists who are only interested in their ‘own world,’ mirror those who created the social and political systems, and continue to be greedy for money, power, and importance. Where we find a lot of money in these systems, we will find corruption as well. The powerful ‘bad bacteria’ create their own rules which lead to antisocial ‘control’ of dishonest marketing, the media including video games, social media, and glorification of violence and war, and gambling, drugs, and alcohol. Regardless of how they indoctrinate our children, and others, including future generations, and how standards of society continue to be lowered, they continue to rake in unlimited profits and salaries.

We should all try to protect our children from harm by joining TAM.

    INTRODUCTION

We welcome readers to these pages, and realize that some might wonder what motivation we have, in our quest to make our world a better place for all. Some might ask, What do you want to change? We can answer this by saying that in many and various parts of the world, the main problems which we find are (1) Hungry, sick, and destitute children. (2) Opulence, plutocracy, and plutolatry. (3) Rife child prostitution. (4) War with rape, suicide, and murder. (5) Religious aggression and hate. (6) Murderous drug syndicates. (7) Political and corporate corruption. (8) Slavery. (9) Tyranny (10) Glorification of war and extreme wealth. (11) Uncensored and dishonest media and marketing, such as the glamourizing of crime, which increases youth violence.

We cannot blame anyone for the social engineering which has resulted in world management, as it is today, or for inheriting the system which was started thousands of years ago, by those with extreme self interest, and blind ambition for importance, which was to the detriment of the majority, but there are plenty of people today, who will understand our rational explanations being presented here, and the human race, (especially our children), needs them to set out on a voyage of change.(See Foreword).

The distressing social realities just mentioned, have been created by man, and will be defended by extreme profit makers of today, who also wield power (those with the gold, make the rules). We can’t be expected to initiate any dubious actions against them, and in so doing, necessitate interrupting our busy agendas of survival, striving for success, and helping our families, in the imperfect world in which we live. However, we believe that it is every one’s responsibility to support a well planned course of action to reduce these tragic situations, but we need to explain the complexity of the changes needed, and to illustrate this, we will make an analogy for the action necessary, viz: We can liken it to trying to change the very old ‘Tree of Life’ (or ‘World Management ’) which has been growing for over 2000 years and has cruel and greedy roots of evil seeking excess money and power, a trunk of misleading indoctrination, and say, the sap of deceit, as well as unhealthy branches like those of Politics, Organized Religions, Corporate Management, and Marketing or ‘Aducation.’ We can also liken the unhealthy leaves to the public. If we try to change the branches or add new branches of hope, they will be contaminated by the roots, trunk, and sap. Therefore our only alternative is to cut down the existing tree completely, dig out the roots, and plant a fresh tree whose roots are fertilized by the proposals detailed in this treatise. We must point out that these proposals will take time to encourage growth, and for the leaves to flourish, so in reality, world problems will need to be handled judiciously and urgently, by cooperating nations in a stronger UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION, increasingly influenced by the ICUC and TAM Charter [see Chapter Three-Proposals (2) and (9),(10)—Comments and discussion]. Anything but thorough restructuring of society, could be compared to ‘rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.’ Although there are no untrue statements in this treatise, a lot of people will not be keen to believe some of the text because it conflicts with present day doctrines, in its encouragement of social change.

We need the support of many people, and we are presenting a plan in this treatise which will work if enough people ‘come on board.’ We invite you all to read this book, and ponder, How concerned should we be? and Is there another way?, and to hopefully become involved in this plan. We should add that the individuality of a free mind, which can separate itself from the powers of some traditions, and unproven theories and indoctrinations, will be a great asset in being able to clearly understand the total package being presented here. Also, the power of numbers, can only be helpful if peacefully demonstrating viewpoints which are clearly valid.

Some things are worth repeating, so expect a lot of repetition in the text. Our aim is for stimulation of thought, rather than entertainment, although they often coincide.

We feel that some people, due to indoctrinations which have been bred into their minds, from one generation to the next, for a very long time, may still find it hard to understand why, and how, we are trying to change society. We have just mentioned most of the world’s obvious problems, and now we would like to explain, in another way, why these problems exist.

Firstly, let us say that if we have any group of people, say from the size of a family, to a much larger number, we will find a variety of physical and mental strengths or weaknesses amongst them. This is normal, and as in any family, every one should be considered of equal importance, and a set of rules formed to cater for the needs of all in a just manner, with penalties for noncompliance. For individuals to be born with strong mental and physical characteristics, and have them developed, is largely a matter of chance, and these people should not use their talents to take an unfair advantage of their siblings or fellow humans who should not be underestimated or derided. A fair set of rules or laws should be formulated to cater for all, and although there should be a scale of rewards for different levels of contribution, it should be fairly calculated, with generous limits set, and every one should be able to communicate in order to solve any problems, so they can all live as harmoniously as possible in a homogeneous culture. So we could say that an ideal society should be similar to a well disciplined world family, but unfortunately it didn’t happen this way. From ‘day one’ as it were, when there was no media to keep the public informed, people were born in many different geographical areas, or countries of the world, and they spoke different languages. Some of the lucky people with mental and physical strengths, in some of these countries, allowed greed and the desire for power (related faults) to encompass them, and so take advantage of their ‘brothers,’ and make unfair rules. This was aided by man-made religions where the greedy power seekers took advantage of each person’s need for hope. The greed for power also led to wars between different countries, where the ‘leaders’ sent their brave puppets or soldiers to do their bidding. As we know wars are still being waged for similar reasons. Most of those in power believe that they are more important than the people in general, not realizing that their self-centredness and greed are related in degrees to mental imperfection, and under fair laws they would be considered criminals. These ‘barons of greed’ don’t know that their ‘greater importance’ is only in their imagination, and that ‘equality’ should only be judged on levels of integrity (see Code ‘I/2’-discussion).

It is better to know nothing about an important issue, than for our heads to contain false data about it, especially as it may take more than a generation to replace these beliefs with the truth. Those who need leadership, should be very careful to choose a person who is moderate with diplomacy and familiarity, and has a proven record, or they may be led astray.

Unfortunately, until the proposals in this treatise can come into effect, in combination, the majority of people who are born into the present day systems of injustice, won’t realize that instead of the society we have, we should have one which resembles a fairly run world family, and so they more or less accept today’s society, as being normal, and the sorriest cases may look on their ‘leaders’ as role models, and may even take the criticism of the culture which they are accepting, as personal, and don’t even care about its history, as they have to deal with the reality of the present. However this understandable attitude will never help the suffering children of the world, for instance, so change is necessary and urgent, and there should be room in every one’s agenda to support a plan which leads to a much better society for all—one of which we can be proud, instead of being often ashamed, as now. An important part of this plan should be the uniform education of the world’s children with the messages in this treatise.

All organized religions, (or theories about ‘The Unknown’), have some marketable aspects. This treatise does not advocate any opposing gods or prophets. Any criticism of these organized religions in this treatise, is mild compared to the ill feeling which most show to the others. This has, in the past, in their search for power, led to the inhumanity of religious wars between armies of indoctrinated, but brave, soldiers (or pawns in the game).

    FOREWORD

Firstly, let us be honest with ourselves. Do we believe that wanting to change things which are clearly wrong with the world, is idealistic? If so, then we are saying that faulty world management is acceptable. Probably the greatest hurdle in trying to make our world a better place, is a fact of which some people may not be aware, and that is, that from birth (see Page 1), most people must firstly, just try to survive, by trying to adapt to, and then prosper in, the world we have, without recognizing ‘change’ as an option, or that the world has been mismanaged for centuries. We are nearly all this way because the people who teach us (including parents) are this way, and have been for centuries too. To complicate matters, most of those who are ‘successful’ are not keen for change, and those with only individual power, couldn’t do anything anyway, and although some songs of injustice may make us cry, we are basically born and taught to accept what we have— ‘Warts and All,’ or should that be ‘War and Tall Tales and All.’ Some aspects of human society which clearly need changing are (a) The waging of wars (mass murder), (b) Corruption in politics, (c) Clashing cultures and religions, (d) Grossly excessive incomes for some, and (e) The inadequate funding of the United Nations.

We would like to establish some facts about the human mind, and to demonstrate how vulnerable the mind is, to manipulation from programming, much of which is quite inaccurate. There are many people with strong convictions, who do not agree with each other. Shouldn’t they all be looking for the truth and agreement, instead of competition?

There are records which show that in the 17th century, Chinese men and women of the ‘upper class,’ let their fingernails grow to about 125 mm (5") in length, to demonstrate their wealth, and to prove that they performed no manual labour. The work was for the ‘underlings.’ Most wore elaborate gold or bamboo splints to prevent the nails from breaking or curling (refer to ‘Fingernail Trends Throughout History’ by Kimberley Heit). It’s hard to believe that anyone could think that way, but it shows how the power of indoctrination can, in the extreme, even cause ‘delusions of grandeur’ or schizophrenia.

It also causes quite nice people to be quite foolish in thoughts and deeds. It’s important here to mention ‘importance’, or ‘class,’ which should be judged on the level of one’s integrity (see Code ‘I/2’), not by the size of their bank balance, so some of the ultra rich people could be really displaying their ignorance. We would like to point out that the human mind has not developed to any significant degree in, say, 400 years, so if the ‘nail growers’ were born today, they would have similar intelligence, on average, as we do today, and would be called normal. If there are beings on planets, in other galaxies, millions of light years away, and millions of years older than Earth, then we could expect those beings to have significant mind development, the potential of which, can be evidenced by the present day human minds of child prodigies, or those specializing in one area, such as advanced mathematics. We suspect that, today, there is a relatively small minority of people who are unprejudiced thinkers, with completely logical minds, over a range of subjects, [see Addenda (1)].

We believe that virtually all people would agree that the human race must have world rules in order to function satisfactorily. This would include personal and moral rules, social rules or laws, and international law. To make our world a better place, we need to ensure that all necessary laws are in place and that these laws are clear and acceptable. Laws must be fair when taking into account all factors relating to them—so we don’t have flawed law. If there is need for change, then law reform should be readily accessible. Children should be educated in a manner which encourages self-discipline

For rules or laws to operate successfully, and to be enforced, then included in the legislation must be suitable penalties for infringements, as, if the fear of punishment is not sufficient, some people will continue to offend. Without provocation, there is no retaliation. Punishment is a form of retaliation, and also vengeance for some minds. In cases before the courts, retaliation could often be an offence, but the degree factor would be monitored, as retaliation could, in some cases, be self-defence, or defence of others.

When we consider who initiates legislation, or neglects to do so, we should ask if there could be a personal bias possible, or maybe conflicts of interest involved. As we know, political parties (which, when in power in a true democracy, would represent the people), have well established
