About this ebook

ABOUT THE BOOK

Plight of Non-Graduate Employees raises awareness of how OUTSOURCING has become, as it were, some versatile machinery for the unfair recruitment of hundreds of millions of graduate and non-graduate employees to become victims of the various forms of workplace marginalization. This book shines a light on the ills of corporate marginalization; amplifies the hurting voices of its millions of victims and raises a noble, objective and balanced advocacy for the eradication of all forms of workplace marginalization against the outsourced graduate and non-graduate employees in our nations’ workplaces .

This book is the expression of the author’s voice in demonstration of his moral courage and authority as one who shares a genuine commitment to help abolish workplace marginalization. It invites you, not only to share their pain but also, to take action that will help eradicate the scourge of this global unfair workplace epidemic. The book is designed, among its other objectives, to motivate people, especially the marginalized employees, to hold on to their noble dreams and lofty aspirations; as well as to inspire the non-graduate employees not only to transcend the boundaries of their setbacks but also to acquire a college education (if they are not doing so already) so that they can be suitably qualified to take on more rewarding employment opportunities; thus, be able to emancipate themselves from all the forms of workplace marginalization which they are presently suffering.

In this book, the author adopts an objective and balanced approach that is not geared towards vilifying any villain or corporate organization by looking at these unfair practices from all points of view - the increased/sustainable bottom line of the business organizations; the deteriorating welfare of the outsourced, marginalized employees; increased/sustainable government’s company and employee tax revenues; biblical perspective; and the general good of the larger society – for instance, facilitating countries’ efforts to achieve and sustain a double digit growth in their Gross Domestic Product (GDP), among other national economic goals; and as a proactive measure towards averting another global financial meltdown, among other global economic goals.

The advocacy in this book seeks to challenge captains of industry and employers of labour to rise to the task of redefining Global Best Practices(G.B.P.) in line with Biblical Best Practices (B.B.P.) as a sure means of their organization’s recovery from the persistent side effects of the recent global economic recession as opposed to their fear of sinking deeper into the ocean of global financial meltdown should they increase their overhead costs in the direction of this outcry - both in the organized private sector and in the public sector.
This book has been primarily harnessed, among its other key objectives, to serve as the author’s passionate but humble voice to all captains of industry, employers of labour, leaders of thought and leaders of government, to take action that will help eradicate the practices of the various forms of workplace marginalization, globally, especially against the outsourced graduate and non-graduate employees.

Plight of Non-Graduate Employees is the pilot literature in the “Project biggerboy.com” book series.

Author

Patty Andrew

Patty Andrew shares a common commitment to help abolish all forms of workplace marginalization against the millions of marginalized employees in many workplaces around the world, especially the outsourced graduate and non-graduate employees in many developing countries. As one of the global Ambassadors of UNAACOM, he exercises his moral responsibility to these victims by passionately advocating for the global eradication of all forms of workplace marginalization against them – the outsourced graduate and non-graduate employees. He also advocates for the eradication of corporate policies/practices that jeopardize countries’ vision of achieving and sustaining a double digit growth in their Gross Domestic Product. His simple principle – “The Present is Key to the Future”, (a concept of his otherwise known as: “The principle of seed time and harvest”) which he advanced with respect to averting another global economic crisis has been gaining more global acceptance. He is the founder of Project Biggerboy.com Talk show and Book series - a resilience boosting, vision inspirational and dream motivational concept that offers hope and encouragement (through sharing the true inspirational “comeback-from-setback-stories” of the courage, challenges, struggles and eventual success of other vision-driven individuals who followed their dreams and rose from obscurity to prominence) to millions of discouraged individuals, especially the marginalized, outsourced graduates and non-graduates who possess a vision for greatness. The resilience he demonstrated in his remarkable comeback from 15 years of many setbacks to still get the college education of his dreams is a source of inspiration to many youths and older adults. He holds a college degree (B. Eng.) in petroleum engineering and he is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (S.P.E.). His exceptional leadership qualities, finesse, resilience, purpose-driven life, outstanding interpersonal relationship skills, unique potentials for greatness and wealth creation make him a rare blend of a success motivational and conference speaker.
