    The layout is a problem making it hard to read on my Mobil. Everything is a continual sentence. Takes too much effort to get the ideas. Same on my computer.

I originally planned to send you an Exercise a week; Since the scheme of the Life Coach Ecourse is designed for you to take one exercise and to  concentrate on it for an entire week.

That being said, I then said to self; these people are bright enough to figure out how best to utilize the Life Coach Exercises. So you’ll receive the entire Life Coach Ecourse in one pdf file or on your reader. You’ll have the course in its entirety.

My recommendation is that you complete each Exercise and work at it for one week before you more onto the next; however, it’s your Ecourse and it’s your life so please make use of it as you see fit.

Take control. The important point is that you do the entire exercise.

You can go back and repeat them as needed. Enjoy your adventure of becoming your own Life Coach.

Life Coach Exercise One - Prepare to Change

Exercise: Your goal this week’s exercise is to start doing these three things every day:

1. Start each day with meditation

Meditation is like wiring in the walls. It keeps the current flowing through the

walls, providing light and power to your house.

One of the great benefits of meditation is that it brings light to the dark corners of you mind. Think of meditation as the wiring in your house that carries electricity for your lights.

You’ll receive magnificent rewards for simple meditation.

There are so many meditation techniques, we’ll not try to cover them in this

Ecourse; rather, we’ll focus on the benefits of bringing light into your world with simple meditations.

Meditation has been practiced for millennia to develop spiritual awareness. It

is a method of communing with the Universal Mind. It is illumination that

turns on the lights of your soul.

It can be practiced by anyone anywhere. Meditation puts you in touch with

your soul, the still small voice within. It’s a restful place in a world of turmoil.

Outer conditions do not have power.  We do not have to put up with any condition.

You’ll also learn, in the Ecourse How to Golden Key people, places and things.

2. Write a grateful list

Starting today, and every day thereafter you will start the day with a grateful list.

Write at least five things you are grateful for. You can write the same things every day and/or you can add to your list as the habit of being grateful establishes itself because; your gratitude list will grow.

You must faithfully write your gratitude list every single day. After you write  the gratitude list . . .

3. Write Goals

Write three things you want to accomplish today:
