This book will give you five steps to living your life after depression and anxiety. You need to understand that the steps you need to take in order to live the life that you deserve is not an easy process.
Going through some of the activities in the last two books was probably an uncomfortable experience. However, you needed to go through the whole process for you to be able to see exactly what it is that you are going through and how you feel about it.
The most important aspect about doing this is that you were then able to see how they actually affect you and the life that you live. It then makes changing them easier when you can see the whole picture.
