      It does not give you actual nursing diagnoses examples to use for each problem, like most books with a title like that would. There should be interventions, outcome goals, Etc. This book seemed like it was wrote in a day of just general knowledge of the problems. The list of problems to choose from (anemia, aspiration, etc) are also very limited so unless you have one of the few clear cut ones provided in this book, it is not helpful. It should be used as a reference, not an explanation of aspiration. There should be much more organization. I felt I was just given these random quick explanations of the problems like diarrhea, pneumonia, etc...when anyone reading this book will likely already be in or through nursing school. Expected this to be a reference book as most titled like this one is, but it isn't at all and was no help in getting me through an assignment.

      Would have wanted to see more detailed nursing care plans, complete with rationales, and all the components of a good nursing care plan.
