Jackie Arnold is an ICF Certified Executive Coach, Approved ILM/CMI Trainer & Dip CSA Coach Supervisor who is a former board member of the UK ICF Board of Directors. She also holds a Dip Ed Guildhall University and RSA Dip TEFL Migros Club Schule Switzerland. She is fluent in German and speaks good French and Italian.She has run her own executive coaching and management training practice Coach 4 Executives www.coach4executives.com since 2001.Jackie has been a recognised coach/trainer and key associate for Notion & the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education for eight years and the Institute of Leadership & Management ILM for twelve years. Her books “Coaching Skills for Leaders in the Workplace” & “Coaching Supervision at its BEST” are recognised course books for the ILM & CMI Coaching & Mentoring in Management and Coaching Supervision Qualifications. She acts as an advisor/consultant for the ILM Supervision qualifications. Currently Jackie is a programme writer/presenter on the LFHE AURORA Women in Leadership Initiative and has extensive experience of leadership coaching across both the public and private sectors.Her previous knowledge of marketing and promoting her own language schools across the globe gives her a broad understanding of managing businesses & essential strategic thinking. Jackie is very familiar with social media and has her own profile on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. She is a regular blogger and has had several radio interviews on both BBC and Internet radio shows. She was a broadcaster on BBC radio Sussex for three years in the late eighties. Jackie has presented at conferences internationally and was part of the team who set up the first ICF Conference in Grindlewald Switzerland.She holds the advanced TM Gold for publicpeaking and her book “Make a Great Speech” Hodder 2009 is a very popular book as is her ebook “Get Your Message Out”. Her strengths are in effective communication both internally and when dealing with external customers and the international media. Her clean language coaching methodology supports this and her knowledge of NLP techniques such as pacing and leading are valuable tools to support clients wishing to improve their communication skills.Jackie is a Leadership Coach & Supervisor for organisations such as AIRBUS, RBS, Oracle, & OnAIR. She is a well-known consultant & presenter on coaching and mentoring at a variety of ICF and HE conferences and events.From 1983 – 2001 Jackie owned and managed three English Language Schools in Switzerland, Poland and Brighton UK. She worked extensively for the London Chamber of Commerce as an overseas lecturer, international event organiser and examiner of English for Business & Tourism.She is trained in NLP, Transactional Analysis, a range of assessment tools including 360 feedback and is a Certified Clean Language Facilitator.
