      Programming for network-enabled software can seem like a daunting task at first. However, with TCP/IP Sockets in C, the reader is given a gentle introduction to the base concepts of programming TCP/IP socket-compatible software.While this source is not comprehensive, it does give the reader enough of a start to whip up some simple networking applications, and it points the reader in the right direction for more information.This book is recommended for readers with a strong understanding of the C programming language, as well as a desire to write networking applications.
