About this ebook

There's enough talk about how
we should stay positive, get out
and stay out of toxic relationships,
keep going, etc.,
but not enough actionable steps to take.

Well, look no further.
This book contains the affirmations necessary
to retrain your mind and redirect your energy in
the direction of your destiny.
Read to understand and
meditate on these passages regularly,
and watch everything about your life improve
starting with your perspective.

The time is not later, nor tomorrow, and the chosen person for your happiness is not someone else. It's your time, and your time is right now.

Derrick Jaxn

Derrick Jaxn is the founder of Mentally Stimulate Me Card Game and author of seven books, including his highly anticipated forthcoming title, Don't Forget Your Crown. Derrick began blogging in 2012 about his hard-learned lessons in love shortly after breaking up with his college sweetheart and has, since, turned his lessons into a viral movement of over five million social media followers that he reaches daily with videos, posts, and live chats about dating and relationships. Over 800 million video views, and counting, gave way to conversations that Derrick noticed happening in his comment sections that needed to happen more often in the homes of those on the dating scene to prevent time wasted in relationships. He decided to solve that problem by creating Mentally Stimulate Me Card Game in April of 2017 which would integrate touchy relationship topics in a fun way early into the dating phase. 200,000 customers later, his cards are quickly becoming a household name and date night must-have across the globe. Despite his success as an entrepreneur, Derrick is mostly known for curating content online in advocacy for the importance of self-love as the antithesis to the need of validation within a relationship. He often lends his massive influence to sensitive, and sometimes controversial topics like narcissism, rape culture, and the combating of stereotypes against single mothers which has earned the trust of his listeners that they can count on him to speak on what's necessary instead of just what's popular. When Derrick isn't championing healthy relationships and building his empire, he enjoys spending time with his former college sweetheart, and current wife, Da'Naia and their two children.

Ce livre est puissant. Il est vraiment à considérer comme des affirmations positives à se répéter. J’en ai retenues trois pour moi. Je crois que jamais un livre ne pas touché aussi personnellement.

I Still Deserve It. - Derrick Jaxn

Chapter 1

If he's worth it, he'll wait.

I can't make him see me for who I am and the time I need to repair my heart. I can't make him accept me for the process I need to heal. But if he's worth it, he'll see that I am also worth it, and he will wait however long it takes to find my heart because he'll value it too much to give up so easily. I deserve a man who has patience for what he wants instead of settles for what's convenient.

Chapter 2

I will not break.

So many have come my way with ulterior motives and hidden agendas. Some have changed into completely different people; others were never good for me to begin with and revealed that as time went on. Either way, their destructive intentions have nothing to do with my worthiness of real love. I cannot control what I attract, but I will control what I accept, and I will use each learned lesson as my guide in doing so going forward. I give myself permission to make the mistake of trusting the wrong people and acknowledge my power to keep it from making me
