Despite popular belief, eating more fat can actually be the key to a long and healthy life. This is the opposite of what you’ve probably heard from dieticians and doctors in the past. You have likely been told to eat a low-fat diet based on the idea that eating fat causes unhealthy weight gain. The public, in general, took that advice and followed it faithfully by creating low-fat and fat-free versions of commonly fatty foods/beverages like cheese, desserts, and milk.
The idea that fat creates fat isn’t illogical, but it’s simply not true when you really analyze the science behind the nutritional facts. Scientific data actually shows that eating fat will actually help you burn the fat in your body and protect you against things like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems related to excessive fat in the body. The Eat Fat Get Thin Plan is divided into four parts. The first part will explain how fat became the demon in nutrition and how society developed its obesity problem. The second part will help you understand how fat really works within your body and the differences between the various fats. This is purposed to clear up confusion and misconceptions about the fat in your diet. The third part outlines the plan itself and explains what you should eat to help you lose weight while using the 21-day plan. Finally, the fourth part lists some great recipes that you can use while following the plan. The idea behind the plan as a whole is to reset your body so that the foods you eat work to burn the fat in your body. When you change how you fuel your body, you can change the way your body responds to food and what it does once it’s in your system. If you follow the plan as it’s designed, you can expect to lose your excess fat, reverse the onset of certain chronic diseases, and limit your health problems significantly.
This program has been tested to prove its worth, and it even went through a beta program to test the plan’s effectiveness with over 1,000 people. Each tier of testing came back with positive results and great feedback from participants regarding their weight loss and their positive changes in health. On average, people reported a loss of around seven pounds with an almost two-inch reduction in waist and hip size, and reductions in blood pressure and blood sugar. Participants also reported a decrease in food cravings and an overall better sense of well-being regarding their health (decrease in joint pain, better sleep and moods, more energy, etc.).
