      Gives a great overview of giving effective feedback. Provides several excellent real world examples of the types of feedback from multiple hierarchical structures. Peer to peer, manager to direct and also how to give constructive feedback to your manager are just some of the examples in this book that will have you chewing on these concepts long after you have finished reading. Very practical and hands on.
