    INTRODUCTION

    65+—Retirement. You’ve finally made it. Time to enjoy spoiling your grandchildren, gardening, golfing, boating, ocean cruises, traveling, leisurely living, hobbies you’ve waited to pursue, and other great perks of retirement. It is also a perfect opportunity to experience a different approach to sex. Having slow, leisurely, relaxed, comfortable, extended periods of wonderful sex. This is an adventure you must really set aside time to explore. It will benefit you well into your 90’s. We start with learning the art of pleasuring each other, then take a realistic look at all the sexual taboos that guided our life. Are they still current or has society modified its moral belief’s? Are we really prudes clinging to old beliefs that may be outdated? We then explore the different aspects of sex for older people. Mutual masturbation, ejaculation, sexual positions, and finally finishing with sexual aids. They all help you improve and extend each sexual session.

    Pleasuring a woman

    The adventure starts at home, in the quiet of your bedroom. It is learning how to slowly build her sexual pleasure to a peak and maintaining it for 30-60 minutes. Learn how to make a woman totally horny and ready to explode by stimulating all of her 21 or more erogenous zones. Complement her pleasure by moving into another form of sexual pleasure—erotic shrimping and massage.

    Help her to fully relax by using a combination of several forms of foot massage, including shiatsu.

    A. DISCOVERING A WOMAN’S 21 EROGENOUS ZONES

    (extremely sensitive areas of the body containing dense concentrations of nerve endings)

    Statistics show that only 30% of all women reach orgasm through vaginal penetration. Wow! The remaining 70% of all women need other means to achieve orgasm.

    Helping a woman achieve maximum sexual satisfaction becomes more complicated and confusing unless you remember the erogenous areas of a woman and how to stimulate them, arousing her need for sexual pleasure. Most of my life, sex was: Being attracted to a woman, kissing, squeezing buttocks, fondling breasts, rubbing her nether area. Then—sliding it in and Hello, I’m exploding! But, that’s only stimulating about 6 erogenous zones for her. I definitely enjoyed coming but did I do everything possible to make her enjoy a great sexual experience with multiple orgasms? No—Not Really! I did not take the time to arouse her sexual desire by stimulating some of the other 15 erogenous areas.

    There are approximately 21 sensitive, erotic areas on a woman’s body, maybe more. Every woman is different so not all necessarily apply. You have to experiment to find the ones that excite your partner. Gently stroking, kissing, licking, sucking, and blowing warm breath on these special areas adds incredible pleasure to her sexual experience, promoting multiple orgasms.

    Yes, 21 or maybe more sensitive hot spots, not all reachable unless you have a partner. Self-pleasuring is great but not quite the same as having a partner. Try tickling yourself under your armpits or sides. Doesn’t work, does it. But—someone else can make you wiggle and squirm, yelling—stop it! Masturbating leaves you feeling drained and somewhat incomplete. But having someone else stimulate your erogenous areas leaves you feeling exhilarated. Bring on the next session. The 6 Least known erogenous zones may surprise you. They do have a lot of nerve endings. Stimulating them will induce a mild sexual response in women, a nice start to perking your interest in the world of erogenous stimulation.

    1) FEET

    Feet can be sweaty, smelly, and generally yuck to touch but after a good washing—they become soft and inviting. The toes and soles of your foot have many nerve endings. Massaging her heels, rubbing her soles and finally licking her toes release seductive pheromones which induce sexual arousal. Pheromones are chemicals excreted by a person to trigger a response in another person. Like a human Love Potion # 9. It is scientifically unproven but really not necessary since you are already committed. Proceed to sucking her toes—called shrimping.

    If you are stiff and not very flexible, bypass the feet and move on to the top of her knees. I personally am stiff and not very flexible. My idea of weightlifting is standing up. I weightlift every day, 135 lbs. each time.

    2) TOP OF KNEES

    The knees are often overlooked erogenous areas with lots of nerve endings around the knee cap. Try running your fingers lightly in a circular motion around your own knee cap and see if it doesn’t bother your penis or vulva in a pleasant way. Not really exciting but pleasurably bothersome.

    3) SMALL OF BACK

    The small of your back is rich in nerve endings, incredibly sensitive. Tension and stress accumulate there during the day. Have your partner turn over and lie on her belly. Release he day’s stress by massaging the small of her back. It will increase blood flow to the pelvic region making that area increasingly sensitive. Kiss, lick run your tongue up and down her spine. Remember, in this position, she might wriggle and squirm, also gripe. But—she can’t hit you. Squeeze her butt while you’re in the neighborhood.

    4) ABS

    Turn her over, kiss and caress her abs, this sometimes causes strong sexual arousal, especially if you are in the lower abs area closest to her pubic region. Generally speaking, the abdominal muscles are located around your belly button.

    Currently, my abs are hiding. Unless you consider a layer of protective fat over the muscle as part of the abs—then my abs are really showing, ready to be rubbed and kissed.

    5) PALMS, INNER ARMS

    Your palms and the soft skin of your inner arms are sensitive areas. Try gently running your fingertips up your inner arm from palm to armpit. It will give you an erotic sensation. Now rub harder, especially on the upstroke. Gets you in the rhythm to Uh! Uh!.—DO IT.

    6) SCALP

    The scalp is also very sensitive with lots of nerve endings. Try scratching your scalp lightly, then a little harder, then rub it. Doesn’t that feel good? Kind of makes your nether parts wake up. But please don’t do this to a woman who just spent $50 on a permanent. Unless, you like seeing fire come out of her eyes and mouth. Hands up, protect yourself. Try asking first.

    Open your fingers, run them upwards through your hair very lightly. Very stimulating. Works for me, try it! Also releases tension, helps you to relax.

    Moving on to the next 6 erotic areas, readily available but often ignored. Don’t be in such a hurry that you forget about these areas.

    Because they are close to or pull on a woman’s vulva, touching these 6 hot spots creates strong sexual desire. A desire for you to get on with it, get to the main event.

    7) BACK OF KNEES

    The underside of her knees are soft and very tender. A lot of nerve endings are concentrated here. By gently stroking or kissing this area, you will cause her to kick her legs out and vibrate them. This pulls on her vaginal muscles, sometimes inducing or stimulating an orgasm. Don’t tickle or slobber, use it as a prelude to playing with the other hot spots.

    8) THIGHS

    And now we come to my favorite visual turn on, seeing a woman’s partially exposed thighs when she crosses her legs. Both inner and outer thigh. My muscles tighten and my penis tingles. I get a strong urge to reach out and gently stroke her exposed thigh, reaching up under her dress
