Objective:
The project gives an insight about the mobile phones market followed by a primary survey of customers on their brand perception/expectations/satisfaction to find out the current scenario and understand the challenges and opportunities in the future. Four large manufacturers of mobile phones are today dominating the global mobile phone industry: Samsung, Sony Ericson, HTC and Apple. The brand which we have chosen is SAMSUNG as it is one of the most popular brands in this category. In due course of the project, future strategies in form of a marketing plan will be put forth so that new ways would be found to tap opportunities and solve the challenges faced by the brand.
