What must we learn?


Wrong selection of wetted materials can cause accidents on customers site, or considerably reduce the life time of our instruments Accidents can occur with all kinds of technologies, in all countries and with KROHNE instruments as well

What must be done?


Use corrosion guidelines

Remind our customers of their responsibilities


Responsibility for the use of measurement devices with regard to suitability, intended use and corrosion resistance of the used materials against the measured fluid lies solely with the operator.
