Please join other caring community members for this evening of sharing a loving tribute in solidarity with Shakir Hamoodi and his family, as he prepares for the sad reality hes to enter federal prison on Aug. 28. Shakir cherished by hundreds as a peacemaker, proponent of multi-cultural and religious acceptance, a dedicated family man, dear friend and owner of World Harvest Foods was sentenced to three years for sending funds to relatives and other Iraqis suffering under 12 years of sanctions upon that country.
