Sir, Kindly refer to the half backed twisted reply given by the APIO vide No. HSIIDC:ESTATE:2012:1379 dated September 6, 2012 because I have raised questions for all Industrial Estate situated in Haryana under HSIIDC and asked them to give information but all the field functionaries are not performing their official duties because basic information they dont have, where as many Industrial plots and shed are Subletted, there are many bore wells and violations of the terms and conditions but all the concerned field functionaries are promoting violations, no proper coordination with other departments, polluting units are still going on, they have asked me to ask specific questions along with exact plot numbers then what these field functionaries are doing, where as it is their duty to stop the violations. Hence I am not satisfied with the reply along with the working of HSIIDC field functionaries because they have failed to perform their official duties, please treat it as appeal and necessary strict directions may kindly be issued to prepare a list after inspection to all field functionaries: 1. Stop the violations, guidelines, terms and conditions of HSIIDC. 2. Identify the subletting space with in their jurisdiction and take legal action against the violators. 3. Identify the polluting Industries and stop their activities with in their jurisdiction. 4. Identify the bore wells; prepare a list for legal action against illegal bore wells and to inform DC. 5.
