EDI Level 1 Award in Retail Knowledge

The Level 1 Award in Retail Knowledge is suitable for learners who have no prior knowledge of working in the industry, as well as those who have experience and wish to return to work in the retail sector. Next available course: 29th October at Trowbridge campus

These units take the learners through the stages of putting together a CV, searching and applying for jobs and interview skills. The Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service aims to develop the learners knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer service. It will help develop the practical skills required to support the customer service environment. This qualification is designed for those who have or will have frequent direct contact with customers as part of their job role. Learners will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of customer service. New dates coming soon
