s3 of ime number 353163/05/087779/3* for my daughter on 10 june 2012 for rupees 37.500 plus the insurance pack rupees 3500 from retailer cariano next ,kamla nagar.the bill number is 1899. after two months the screen got damaged accidently but the phone was in perfect working condition.i gave my phone to this insurence company v-care a comlete solution for mobile,CB-27,ring road naraina,new delhi,01169414540 on 21/09/2012 .the feild worker named deepak came to my resident to collect the phone.he gave recipt number 10042.he even cheked and show the ime number which showed 353163/05/087779/3* even the same he wrote on my recipt.after two weeks when i called them to enquire they started avoiding us .after two months retrun my phone back.the phone was returned on 27/11/2012 by the same feild worker. after receiving the phone i get it cheked by the retailer who told me that the mother board of my phone is been changed and even the ime number is changed that is 357444008860370/01 and now phone is like a toy only.to complaint i call them.they avoided us and delay it to next days but do not show any results . now evenly they started avoiding our calls. now i humbly request you to kindly look at my matter and get my phone rectified and help in giving me consumer rights.
