Finalize T-Shirt Design o Submit for approval and start selling! Buy Chalk If Needed Send out Facebook Event Invites Start Filming for Commercials

Two Weeks Before: (October 22, 2010)


Design for Chapel Slide and Computer Slide Submitted, if not already done. Flyer and Poster Design Completed and Ready to hand out SELL THOSE BANQUET TICKETS!!! START SELLING T-SHIRTS @ SUB Booth and anywhere!!! Start Chalking!!! Mass Facebook Event Invites Put at least one commercial up on Youtube and Facebook Video

One Week Before: (October 29, 2010)


Hand out flyers and posters SELL THOSE TICKETS!!! START SELLING T-SHIRTS @ SUB Booth and anywhere!!! Chalk for Asianfest Facebook Event Update Put at least two commercials up on Youtube and/or Facebook Video, if not done already.

EVERYONE HELP SET UP THE DAY OF!!! Day of (November 5, 2010):
