1. Hamstring injury A hamstring strain or a pulled hamstring as it is sometimes called is a tear in one or more of the hamstring muscles.

Strictly speaking there are three hamstring muscles (Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus andBiceps femoris) which are known as the hamstring muscle group.

2. Muscle cramps
A muscle cramp is an involuntarily and forcibly contracted muscle that does not relax. A muscle (or even a few fibers of a muscle) that involuntarily (without consciously willing it) contracts is in a "spasm." If the spasm is forceful and sustained, it becomes a cramp. Muscle cramps cause a visible or palpable hardening of the involved muscle.

3. Fibromyalgia
I think you are referring to a condition called Fibromyalgia whereby muscles become extremely painful and movement is severely hampered. It is a kind of rheumatism. It comes and goes, and sufferers are better off in warm conditions. Although the pain can be helped a little, no cure has been found yet.

4. Tennis elbow
Lateral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow, shooter's elbow and archer's elbow, is a condition where the outer part of the elbowbecomes sore and tender. It is commonly associated with playing tennis and other racquet sports, though the injury can happen to almost anyone.

Tennis elbow is an overuse injury occurring in the lateral side of the elbow region, but more specifically, occurs at common extensor tendonthat originates from the lateral epicondyle

5. Rotator cuff tear


Rotator cuff tears are tears of one or more of the four tendons of the rotator cuff muscles. A rotator cuff injury can include any type of irritation or damage to the rotator cuff muscles or tendons. Rotator cuff tears are among the most common conditions affecting the shoulder.
