    Instructions for Dell Laptops: 1. Press and hold the Fn key. It is located near the Ctrl key in the bottomleft corner of the keyboard. 2. Press the while holding down the Fn key to raise the brightness level. Press the while holding down the Fn key to lower the brightness level.

    Instructions for Dell Desktops: 1. Locate and press the - button on the front of your monitor. This opens the Brightness Contrast menu. 2. Press the + button to scroll through the menu. 3. Press and press to choose Brightness. 4. Press the + button to increase brightness and - to decrease brightness. The settings will automatically save. 5. The menu will disappear if left alone.
