Siendo las catorce (14.00) Horas del da 23 de Enero del 2013, reunidos: POR LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE PAITA: Ing. Roberto Puchulan Reyes. - Supervisor de Obra POR EL CONTRATISTA: CONSORCIO LA ESMERALDA. Ing. Gabriel Talledo Pea - Representante Legal Ing. Jos C. Noya Rodrguez - Residente de Obra Con la finalidad de definir los precios de las partidas nuevas para el Presupuesto Adicional N0O1, de la Obra MEJORAMIENTO DEL CAMINO VECINAL PI599 EMPALME PI-102 (SAN LUCAS DE COLAN) - LA ESMERALDA (PROGRESIVA 0+00 - 0+420) DELDISTRITO DE COLAN, PROVINCIA DE PAITA - PIURA por Obras Complementarias necesarias para poder cumplir con las metas del Contrato Principal.
