How to present your Power Point presentation while viewing your presentation notes privately 1.

Be sure your computer is connected to your projector. 2. Turn on your projector. 3. Press and hold the Fn and F8 button at the same time. Select Extend

4. Your projector image should now display your desktop background without any images. 5. Open your Power Point Presentation 6. Click on Slide Show Tab

7. Place a check in the box beside Use Presenter View.

8. Start your slide show by selecting either From Beginning or From Current Slide

9. You will now see your presentation slides, notes and upcoming slides on your monitor

and your presentation slides on the projector.

10. Press the ESC key to exit the presentation. 11. Press the FN and F8 key and select Duplicate to return your projector as it was before (projecting whats on your laptop monitor).
