MD120 - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS DISABLING UPDATE AND DELETE OPTIONS IN THE INTERFACE LINES FORM

Login and Select USM-AR Collector Responsibility

Navigation: USM-AR Collector > Control: AutoInvoice > Interface Lines.

Following Form Opens Up.

Goto Help ->Diagnostics ->Custom Code -> Personalize.

The Following Form Opens up

Enter the Sequence Number in the seq field, Description in the Description field and choose the level as function as shown in the below screen.

Click on the Condition tab and perfom the following task as shown in below screen. Choose the Trigger Event as WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE. Choose the processing mode as Both. Choose the level as Responsibility and add the required responsibilities in the value field.

Go to Actions tab and perform the following task as shown in the below screen shot. Enter the Sequence number in the seq field. Choose the type as property in Type field. Enter the Description in the Description Field. Choose the Language as All. Check the enabled Check box.

Choose the Object Type as BLOCK. Choose the Target Object As LINE_FOLDER. Choose the property Name as UPDATE_ALLOWED. Enter the Value As False.

Press Ctrl+ S to save changes. Click Apply now. Hence the Form is personalized.
