THREE PHASE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The lack of opportunities forces kids and teens to drop out of school and join gangs and drug cartels. In the last 6 years more than 1,000 teenagers have been charged for their ties with drug cartes.

PHASE 1: Identify and build a network of sport change agents throughout Mexico. PHASE 2: Train, resource and mobilize sport change agents throughout Mexico to implement outreach football programs in their communities. PHASE 3: Establish a football academy that would provide opportunities to players with high technical ability and teachable character to develop their football abilities, complete a high school education and equip them with basic trades for job opportunities.
