United Metal Exports ships coking coal directly from facilities in Colombia. We offer a superior high quality, moderate volatility, high calorific value coking coal product that is used in many steel furnaces around the world. Our coking coal is mined from the Tib, Sardinata, and Boyac regions of Colombia, which produce material from four separate major veins and several smaller veins of coal deposits with inferred and confirmed reserves of over 50 million metric tons. With on-site geologists at the collection facility, United Metal Exports is able to tailor-blend and guarantee specifications for our end-users. We also have established relationships with logistics suppliers and port facilities to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. United Metal Exports also markets a superior coke product made from onsite batteries of coke-ovens, as well as high quality low and medium sulfur thermal coal. United Metal Exports recognizes that the activity of developing a natural resource, like the creation of any product, may impose costs and impacts on communities and on the environment.
