STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES FOR END SEMESTER PROJECT

Aim The aim of the project is to provide opportunity to apply the concept of strategic management in organizational context through evaluation of organization corporate and functional strategies. The detailed outline of project is given below. Please follow the guidelines as follow: Write up You are required to explore all dimensions and write a comprehensive analysis of all dimensions given below. You need to make sure that the written report is required (Not slides) to cover all these aspects in details. You are required to augment your report with graphs and tables where required. Make sure that you cite appropriate reference at the end. Presentation of Report in the Class The report shall be presented in the class as part of project presentation. Each group shall have 20 minutes to present the report. The presentation shall be multimedia based. Groups shall be called randomly for the presentations. Attendance Plan your engagements accordingly. Absence of group members or loss of USB or other excuses during presentations shall not be undertrained. Dress The dress for the presentation on both days shall be Lounge Suit for male. Students with improver dress are not welcome so the late comers. Submission of Written Report The report shall be submitted during the second day of presentation during the last class. Delayed reports are not accepted.
