You work for a management consultancy and have been asked to develop learning material on the processes of project development and implementation for the training programme this year. In order to do this effectively and show how the development and implementation systems must be integrated to provide success, you should select a real organisation you know or are familiar with as your case study to investigate.

Firstly, you need to be able to prepare an initial presentation and briefing paper which provides an overview of the process for developing a project strategy.
