Statement of Faith

1.) I believe the divine inspiration and authority of the inerrant Holy Scripture is the supreme, sufficient and only rule of our faith and practice. 2.) I believe there is only one true God. 3.) I believe that of the fallen, sinful, depraved state of man. 4.) I believe in the deity, the incarnation, the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and His sacrificial and mediatorial work. 5.) I believe that salvation, regeneration, sanctification and justification are by the life, death, resurrection and ascension of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 6.) I believe in believers baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit of those who have professed repentance towards God and have professed faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and I believe the Lord's supper are ordinances by the Lord and should be observed in the Church. 7.) I believe that our Lord Jesus Christ our God and Saviour is the sole and absolute authority in all matters pertaining to faith and practice as revealed in the Holy Scripture. 8.) I believe that it is the duty of every disciple to bear personal witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to take part in the evangelization of the world. 9.) I believe in the in the end times according to the words of our Lord as revealed in the Holy Scripture. 10.) I believe that the purpose of our lives is to serve others and in doing so we are serving God through never ending study of the Holy Scripture, sharing the gospel with the whole world and charity. The giving of our time, talents and tithes withe a pure heart, freely, honestly and humbly always and forever, not in our own name but in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
