ORDER APPROVING FIFTH AND FINAL POST-CONFIRMATION QUARTERLY APPLICATION FOR COMPENSATION AND FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF OUT-OFPOCKET EXPENSES BY SLATTERY, MARINO, & ROBERTS, PLC Upon consideration of the Fifth and Final Post-Confirmation Quarterly Application for Compensation and for Reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenses by Slattery, Marino, & Roberts, PLC (the Application) (P-1348), and it appearing to the Court that the Application meets the requirements of 11 U.S.C. 330, Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2016, and LR 2016-1(A), with notice of the Application being sufficient and in accordance with the applicable Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Rules of this District; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application is APPROVED in the amount of $18,047.00 for professional fees, and $443.21 for reimbursement of actual and necessary out-ofpocket expenses for the period of January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the compensation approved herein is FINAL. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plan Trust shall pay the unpaid balance, if any, due SMR for fees and expenses owing to SMR within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
