quels sappuis mon tude.
unities as tools to assemble accounts in the domain. She has chosen a sample at random to be
studied in numerous stages.
This study contains five chapters:
CH1-L imitation of the problem.
CH2-Globalization and globalizing of information and communication.
CH3-The advertising and the advertising message.
CH4-The advertising message in the light of globalization.
CH5-The field study.
It is possible to note through the study that globalizing is not a new phenomenon but it
results from human evolution, its society, its activities along the ages. It is a complexes
phenomenon which its dimensions and manifestations. If its limits are completed suds as far as
economic informational communicative sides are concerned, it is not the same for the social,
cultural and political sides which on the way of development.
The new technology of information and communication has an effect on the world level,
brought the peoples closer suppressed geographical and customs frontiers. It has helped develop
economy, communication covering all the world.
It has affected the appearance of new directions in the domain of advertising, called for the
globalizing message to facility its movement from one place to another and from one making
mobbing to another.
We note three orientations in this domain: A direction which calls for the necessity to
respect the cultural difference and the adaptation of the advertising message with the society
addressed(local advertising message). A middle direction calling for following advertising plan
unified with some necessary modifications of the message for every different people, another one
calls for a unified advertising message and consequently- unification of the direction and the
tastes.
After exposition and analysis of data and delimitation of statistics results in lists and their
comments the author of the study comes to the following results:
1-The advertising message occupies much time in the programmes of the space channels,
this gives it strength and power in the control of budgets of these channels especially if they are
private or if they are not subsidized by the states. This situation has made that all of goods are
internationals and opened the way to the international company and multinational ones to
intervene in the content of the informational messages directed to the Arab world population.
They orientate the contents of those companies interests and make the Arab society permanent
consumers.
2-The diffusion of the advertising messages in the satellite channels of the western world
values (globalising values) it allow them to save time and effort to realize easily their objectives.
The teaching focuses on individualism, liberalism and focusing on the woman image and
implement a kind of relation ship between man and woman provoking in the west and creating
therefore a new social reality improving woman. The small groups dominate the family ties. There
is a spread of ways of life concerning absence clothing, standardization of the appearances and
marginalization of the Arab clothing, they encourage the dialectical simple language easily
forgotten for the foreign language, they thus prepare the society to adapt the western ways of life
called modern life.
3-The advertising message in the time of globalizing to speak to humanity in creating and
insisting on basic physiological needs all participle however their affirmation(geographical,
cultural and social).
The message uses the visual and additive effects, given by the technological evolution
especially in the tile visual domain where the message plays an important role on sensibilization
of people.
At last we can say that the advertising messages take a great amount of time in the
programmes of the Arab TV channels, they dont promote central messages but those which have
western cultural contents with all its values, its strong persuasion when addressing the
telespectators of different races, cultural levels in displaying great themes with the actors.
The the subject are liberty, comfort, pleasure, safety and love. Which are free of negative
aspects such as individualism, egoism, opportunism on which the western capitalism is but. It
encourages globalising of culture, standardization of ways of thinking and consuming.
In the end I have suggested a series of recommendations.
