Comes now EP Energy E&P Company, L.P., formerly known as El Paso E&P Company, L.P. ("El Paso"), through the undersigned counsel and respectfully requests the Court's permission to appear by telephone on June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the status hearing set on El Pasos Application for Administrative Expense in the captioned bankruptcy case [Docket 384 in case 11-13028] It is further requested that Counsel be granted permission to use Court Call for the hearings. WHEREFORE, El Paso respectfully requests that the Court enter an Order authorizing counsel to appear by telephone at the 3:00 pm hearing on the Amended Disclosure Statement and the status hearing on El Pasos Application for Administrative Expense. and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable.
