NARRATIVE FOR MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT MAY 2013

The work done by Trustee and counsel during the month of May 2013 involved, generally: 1. Attention to BOEM bond reduction submittals and timing of release of funds to satisfy current P&A invoices. 2. Attention to preparation and service of ballots and Amended Plan pursuant to Court order approving Disclosure Statement. 3. Continued work with special counsel in D&O litigation to administer document production. 4. Attention to annual insurance renewal and binding coverage through May 2014. 5. Continued addressing numerous administrative issues with operating oil and gas business namely monthly JIBs, lease renewals, and regulatory issues.
