Moodle: Chapter reading,The Advantage

I learned the seven common functions of a school leader regardless of the type of school. I understand school leaders generally have their hand in all functions, however to what degree is different in each type of schools. Most importantly leaders must be able to diagnose problems and create solutions. Allowed me to apply what I know about Boleman and Deals Four Frames to my school Linden Charter Academy. This paper taught me to look through multiple lenses and to analyze the structure through multiple frames. This is the beginning of learning to apply the Four Frames. The reading from this book helped me to understand the importance of aligning the school vision with all human resource processes.
