(200ml) //1 bowl Sprouts Salad Lunch/Dinner: 1 bowl of veg soup (optional) 5-6 Chapatties// Pulkas// paratha(paneer,potato,veg etc etc)//. 2-3 cup rice// khichdi //.pulao 1-2 cup Dal // Pulses//paneer 1-2 cup vegetable 1 cup curd // 1 glass buttermilk. 1 bowl salad Tea time: 1 cup tea//coffee// milk Almonds // walnuts//cashews// roasted chana// bean salad //biscuits // Khakhras.//theplas. Mid-Evening: paneer roll// paratha// cheese or veg cheese sandwich//peanut butter sandwich//khakras//bhajiyas etc etc. //maybe 1-2 fruit (preferably banana) Bed time: 1 cup milk//any other milk or sweet preparation

RECOMMENDATIONS Consume high quantity of carbohydrates ex. Potato,cereals, even fruits like bananas..etc Milk and milk products like cheese and cottage cheese give protein of high quality Cereal pulse combination also gives a high quality protein e.g. khichidi, idli, dosa, etc. Nuts and seed are also a source of protein. Some examples of it that can be consumed are almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts etc. Yoghurt are probiotic and a high quality protein Soybeans are the richest plant source of high-quality protein. Soya protein can help to conserve calcium in the body and enhance bone health when it replaces animal protein in the diet. Consume small frequent meals. Include source of omega-3 such as flaxseed to the food. . Whole fruits are beneficial as compared to peeled fruits or fruit juices. Aim for 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Fruits and vegetables are rich in cancer-fighting nutrients - and the more color, the more nutrients they contain. Drink adequate water to maintain hydration. Exercise as prescribed by the consultant. Less /occasional consumption of alcohol.AND LESS ..VERY LESS SMOKING ;););).
